Toni O’Berry
Brand and Creative Strategist
Toni is the leader of the brand and creative strategy team at O'Berry Collaborative. She has deep roots in the brand-building process, working to shape such well-known entities as Williams-Sonoma, Levi Strauss, Guess, Citibank, US Air, and 3M, and assuming a brand leadership position at Fidelity Investments. Toni has over 20 years of experience in branding, marketing, creative direction and design, working across a broad spectrum of industries and helping companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500's.
Toni attended California College of the Arts in San Francisco and studied master's level work in design management at the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom. She is a regular speaker on the topics of brand equity and customer insight, and has published work for Aspatore Books on "Marketing Ingenuity."

Diana Pailthorpe
Director of Client Services
Diana serves as the agency's senior account executive and strategist, expertly integrating teams and managing client relationships and large, brand-building projects. She helps translate client needs into innovative, effective marketing initiatives. Diana has directed global agencies and led communications teams in her previous experience with semiconductor manufacturer, IDT, and Easton Sports. She has more than 15 years experience in developing effective communication programs and building brand equity.
Diana has a bachelor's degree in communication and journalism from Santa Clara University.

Valerie Ross
Operations and Account Manager
Valerie is responsible for the day-to-day financial and operations management at O'Berry Collaborative, including human resources, client invoicing, and vendor relations. Valerie's background with Euro RSCG Worldwide and EvansGroup agencies, and her client work with Intel, Microsoft and Kodak, enable her to assist OC with driving and managing growth and change.
Valerie has a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Utah.

Cary Silberman
Creative Director
With two decades of agency experience in graphic design and management positions in startup companies, Cary has seen both sides of most coins and understands decision-making and consequences. He enjoys engaging in creative problem-solving and deciphering human behaviors to create successful visual campaigns. Cary's artfully interprets, directs and executes integrated brand creative across a variety of print, online and broadcast mediums. He has been a leader in shaping brands for a variety of markets, with a focus on consumer and B-to-B markets.
Cary has a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Montana State University.

Dana Mahoney
Senior Brand Strategist
Dana is a senior brand strategist with O'Berry Collaborative, having honed her skills in a Southern California new business incubator and as a new venture consultant. For the past 18 years, she has worked with brands in a variety of verticals, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Toyota, Subaru, and Domino’s Pizza.
Dana has a bachelor's degree in mass communications from the University of California at Berkeley, a master’s degree in communications management from the University of Southern California, and an MBA in entrepreneurship and new venture strategy from the University of California, Los Angeles.
